At the beginning of 2018, I set a goal for my health to lose weight and I stuck with it. Unfortunately, all of the exercise, all of the calorie cutting, vegetable eating, protein pounding didn’t actually result in much weight loss beyond 3 pounds. Discouraged, I ventured to the doctor for testing. I was disappointed to find out my body was doing everything “correctly” – no hypothyroidism, anemia, etc.
This struggle to lose weight was just part of getting old apparently.
Discouraged, I began researching methods for weight loss and stumbled across a trimming, lean body sculpting system.
